Frankies was originally established in 2018 as a milk bar and burger shop. The journey began with a passion for crafting mouthwatering burgers. In 2020, we expanded our offerings to include French pastries, cakes and tarts. 

While we offer an array of pastries and desserts, we are especially known for our famous almond croissant. 

We take pride in sourcing the highest quality premium Australian ingredients for our pastries and burgers. These include cultured butter and sustainable and organic flour. Our produce and meat is sourced in the Albury/Wodonga area from local businesses. 

At Frankies, we understand the importance of accommodating diverse dietary needs. We are proud to offer many gluten free options, with our entire burger menu being gluten free adaptable! We also cater to other dietary requirements including dairy free, vegan and vegetarian.

Frankies is continuously evolving and the next exciting step is opening our second store in Lavington.
